The ventricular arrhythmias have 12-lead pages, and the simulator draws them from the same engine. Ventricular tachycardia is placed beat by beat from a published scar circuit; torsades twists around the baseline; bidirectional VT alternates its axis; ventricular fibrillation has no organised beat at all.
