Wolff-Parkinson-White on the 12-lead

The Wolff-Parkinson-White pattern in twelve leads: a short PR, a delta wave slurring up into a wide QRS, and ST and T turned away from it. The pathway is left lateral, the commonest site, so V1 to V3 show a positive delta and a tall R (type A). Turn on Study mode for a guided reading, step by step, with every number measured on the tracing, a calliper on the PR and arrows to the delta wave. The simulator's WPW strip is now drawn by the same heart.
